I am hoping to find someone soon so have priced this incredibly low.Alternatively, if you want a sublease for 1 or 2 years, that is also available.This apartment is my home, and you are welcome to use it as yours. All you need to bring is your clothes, computer and phone. Everything else you need is here. In addition to the usual (furniture, sheets, towels, dishes, etc) there is everything you might need- spices, some food, liquor, printer, paper, etc.) I want you to be comfortably home here. All I ask is that you be considerate; for example, you are welcome to use office supplies, etc, but if you use all the paper, printer ink or drink the wine, just replace it.
