LUXURY FULLY FURNISHED ONE BEDROOM COTTAGES. Weekly vacation rentals. Each home has a full kitchen, separate room, and independent main heating and air-conditioning. Our luxury homes were constructed 14 years earlier. They've been renovated the last few months, and are constantly being upgraded. They're completely furnished, very clean, exceptionally quiet, and offer really comfortable living. Included are new high end furnishings, new memory foam queen size beds, and 2 flat-screen tvs in each home. All utilities, cable television service, and high speed web is included. Parking is at your front door. Likewise consisted of are guest memberships to Kennedy Fitness Center which is a short walk from our property. The Kennedy Fitness Center has considerable centers including a 50 meter heated outdoor pool and health club, indoor pool, weight rooms, racquetball courts, and free physical fitness classes. We're conveniently located in North Atascadero between San Luis Obispo and Paso Robles. Exit Highway 101 at San Anselmo Road. We're on the West Side just South of In-N-Out Burgers & Kentucky Fried Chicken. Our address is 4900 San Palo Road. You're welcome to take a look and visit. However, please park in prospect parking at the entrance and walk with the property. Please do not drive down the private drive in front of the homes. Let us know you're coming and we'll be delighted to show you around and answer any concerns. We're a brief drive to San Luis Obispo, Paso Robles, Morro Bay, Central Coast Beaches, and Central Coast Wineries. Smoking is not enabled inside. No Pets.
