We have actually remained in Newport on lots of occasion, but had actually not ventured to lease on Balboa Island. Wow, what an enjoyable week! The owners were warm hearted, enjoyable, and very valuable. We invested our mornings shell hunting a few minutes away on the beach in Corona Del Mar, and numerous afternoons and early nights with our children beyond the home on the most comfortable veranda under an umbrella drinking mimosa's and/or cold beers. The children were able to frolic in the water, while we relaxed and viewed them giggle and have a good time. It was difficult to inspire from this point on; however, being just a couple of steps from Marine avenue was excellent for shopping and dining. I would extremely suggest chatting with the owners, they had a number of excellent dining recommendations, specifically for delighted hour at a few of the residents preferred areas. Crystal Cove beach was a short drive and was an enjoyable spot to invest with boogie boards and sand toys. Thanks again for making our remain on Balboa Island so unforgettable! The home is in exceptional condition and the very best location on the Island for me, 2 minutes kind the Village Inn. From the minute we entered we felt comfortable. It's equipped with everything you have to live and prepare there and tastefully done. You actually will not really want to leave ... We miss that view of the sun over the canal on a morning and firing up the BBQ to see the sundown on the back porch on a night. Can not beat this location and we will certainly be back for sure ...
