$450 - Room for rent Ironman week in a best downtown Boulder location on West Pearl. Big room with queen bed in a 1200 square foot town residence on Pearl and 4th. My household will run out town, I will certainly be house and will certainly be in the smaller sized 2nd room. I am a really busy individual so won't be around the residence very much. Space has a queen size bed, a/c, and I will certainly make closet area. The residence is well completed, steps from the Boulder Creek Path and a really brief walk to either the tracks or downtown. Probably the best location in Boulder! There is no garage for bikes, however your home has hardwood floors throughout so there is no problem having your bike in the residence. I was a pro bicyclist myself so have bike devices and pump etc, likewise University Cycles is just down the street. Preferably I would like to rent the space for an entire week for $450. Any added days can be happily included for $65 a night, I am extremely flexible with dates relating to which days you leave and arrive. There are 2 adorable, clean felines in the residence. They are indoor felines and it's really crucial that screen doors are kept closed so they do not leave. There is a cleaning device in your home, small backyard, and 1.5 washrooms. I don't cook very much so you will have the fully equipped kitchen primarily to yourself.
