My wife and I own a condominium in Carolina Beach. We have previously rented it on a monthly basis, but would like to try out weekly/nightly rentals. The condo is located 1/2 block from the ocean (with convenient beach access) on the north end of Carolina Beach (near the fishing pier).It is a fully furnished one bedroom unit with a brand new pull out leather couch. The condo should sleep four comfortably. It has a television with cable TV, DVD player, Xbox gaming system, all kitchen appliances including a dishwasher, microwave, toaster, and coffee maker. We also have all of the kitchen utensils including pots & pans, plates, silverware, glasses, and coffee mugs. There is a washer & dryer to use and wireless internet if you are bringing a computer along.We have temporary parking passes so that you can park directly underneath the building. The condominium also has two pools available for your use.Please see the attached pictures for a better idea of what it looks like. It would be a great place for a couple or even a small family to stay in.Note: The condo has been rented from March 24th through April 15th. It is available anytime after April 15th.
