I am selling (or renting until sold) my timeshare unit in the Woodstone- Casa de Campo section of the Massanutten Resort. The ownership week is from 12/11 to 12/18 (week #52 -- plenty of snow!!!!), every year. The type of timeshare unit alternates between two styles every year. Last year's unit included a partial kitchen, a living room with sofa bed, and a separate bedroom with a queen sized bed (the entire unit sleeps 4). This year's (2012) unit will have a full kitchen, a living room with a sofa bed, a king sized bed, and a whirlpool (also sleeping 4). There dozens of activities at the resort from exercise facilities, excellent skiing/snowboarding, a spa, and an indoor waterpark (which may require extra fees).I am selling the time share for $4000 (or renting for $450 for the week), which is less than half of what you will pay new through Massanutten Resort itself. I own this timeshare property outright, with the deed free and clear. Annual maintenance fees for the timeshare are around $550, which can also be paid in installments.
