This home has central air, fireplace, dishnetwork, wireless internet, new appliances, fully furnished and appointed, custom cherry and hickory interior, full walkout basement, fenced side yard for small pets ($50 refundable deposit required), fully screened porch overlooking the river, boat dock, two canoes with paddles and life vests, paddle-boat and much more. Easy access to marina, fishing, shopping nearby, local pub / eateries, and everything you could want in a vacation spot. There is a futon sofa in the living room, and two queen bedrooms upstairs each with full private bath, and a half bath on the main floor. Plenty of room for a family and great for a romantic retreat or fishing trip. We are also renting a travel trailer nearby on the same property (but separate) that sleeps up to 6 people, if you have an extended group.We are asking $450 for a three-day and three-night weekend, $750 for a full week, $1100 for 10 days / nights, or $3000 / month. Availability is first-come first-served, and a 1/3 deposit will be required to secure your spot. The house is already booking up, so call at your earliest chance and ask for Dan at 772-224-XXXX.
