We love our condo( Spa at Little River) , but because of finances we need to rent it to you for a bit. We believe you will throughly enjoy staying at our 2 story open floor plan condo( almost like a private townhome).There is AIR CONDITIONG AND PADDLE FANS.There is a fully equiped kitchen with lots of dishes and silverware and pots and pans and a full size microvave and a dishwasher. There is a big breakfast bar that seats 6.There is a new full size WASHER and DRYER.The dining room seats 8 at the table and the living room has 2 full size sofas that flip open into 2 full beds and 2 lg. ottomans used as cofee tables, footrest or open them up for 2 twin beds.The sliding door opens to a large deck with a table and chairs to seat 6 where you could have a meal if you choose, in addition to more lounge chairs.The deck overlooks a large, beautiful and peaceful backyard.The large loft master bedroom has a queen bed and a queen sofa sleeper with a full size dresser and 2 nite tables and a color tv with remote.The 2nd bedroom has 2 twin beds and a full chest of drawers, a color tv with remote. There is a cd player and 2 dvd players with a ton of viedeos to choose from for your viewing pleasure. There are plenty of linens and towels and there are a few beach chairs and a couple small chair umbrellas. Just a couple doors away is a small lake with lots of turtles and fish. Hop in the car and the Atlantic Ocean and beautiful CHERRY GROVE BEACH are just 3 short miles and 4 minutes away.Or if you choose the intercoastal waterway is just about a mile away for boating.You can walk to the NORTH MYRTLE BEACH FLEA MARKET near the exit of our complex.Just a walk across the backyard is a wonderful LIFEQUEST HEALTH SPA. the whole family can enjoy this for about $125.00 for the week.They have a big heated outdoor and indoor pools in addition to a whirlpool and a hot tub. There is a steam room and sauna, hammer strength and free weights, nautilus equipment, treadmill, bikes, steepers & ellipticals. Yoga and Pilates is included too.There is even massages and a small Bistro resturant, next to it. You are surrounded by everything the MYRTLE BEACH GRAND STRAND has to offer. Shopping, golf, theater, water sports , casinoboat gambling, jetski and parasailing rentals. And of course lots of resturants to choose from. There are 2 parking spaces. This unit is NON SMOKING and NO PETS please. Also No RV, MOTORCYCLES or TRAILERS. This is a family place, responsible Adults over age 25, with valid drivers license and valid VISA or MASTERCARD only.
