This brand new house (in a 100 year old neighborhood) is available for rent during the Olympic Trials (June 20th -- July 1st). We can be flexible on either end for earlier check in or later check out for an extra fee if more than 11 days. The spacious open floor plan with lots of windows lets in tons of natural light. It has a large covered front porch and a small but nice back porch with a BBQ that all makes for wonderful indoor/outdoor living.This modern house comes with all amenities, including a full kitchen with new appliances and open to the dining area and living room, a washer/dryer in the laundry room with built in ironing board and iron, off-street parking and lots of on street, wifi, cable TV. The covered front porch allows for being comfortable when you want to just hang out in the great Oregon outdoors even when it's raining (because, in case you haven't been told, it does rain here) and it's just a great place to relax and enjoy your visit.There are 4 bedrooms and two full bathrooms. All bedrooms have queen size beds, large windows and insulated walls for quite retreat. There is also a queen futon in the living room. There are hardwood floors throughout. All linens and towels included.The house is 7 easy blocks to Hayward field (you can hear the announcer). It's about a 8 minute pleasant walk through beautiful residential streets to Hayward field, and is a fast and easy 2 minute drive. The house is in a safe residential neighborhood with very quiet neighbors. Walking distance to many stores and restaurants.To secure the rental, you will need to complete a rental agreement, with $3000 due on the signing of the agreement and the balance of $2,500 due May 1st. A $500 refundable security deposit and a cleaning fee of $150 is also required at the day of arrival and returned if left as it was upon arrival. No smoking please. Pets are negotiable for an extra cost. Options for transportation can also be provided at an added cost. House keeping services are also optional.
