IT HAS 24 HOUR SECURITY (GUARD GATED), CLUB HOUSE WITH FREE WIFI AND 2 LAKES. OUR UNIT IS GROUND FLOOR WITH WIRELESS INTERNET. IT IS TASTEFULLY DECORATED IN A NAUTICAL THEME WITH A KING SIZE BED IN MASTER BEDROOM AND TWO TWINS IN GUEST ROOM AS WELL AS A QUEEN SLEEPER SOFA IN THE LR. IT IS COMPLETELY FURNISHED AND HAS A WASHER AND DRYER, TWO TVS WITH DVDS AND CEILING FANS. OPTIMUM OCCUPANCY IS 6, NON- SMOKING AND NO PETS (PER THE ASSOCIATION RULES). IT IS LOCATED IN BUILDING # 3 (NEAR OCEAN BUILDING). The resort is located on a 2 mile strip with numerous restaurants, grocery stores, beach shopping, bars, miniature golf, fishing pier, splash park, Volleybar courts and more. Within 5-10 minutes from the resort you can see many destinations including the downtown Historic location. Sights consist of: The Alligator Farm, St. Augustine Lighthouse, Anastasia State Park, Castillo de San Marcos, Fort Matanzas, Oldest House, Oldest Schoolhouse, Ripley's Believe it or Not, The Old Jail, Fountain of Youth, Trolley Trains, Ghost Tours and lots of unique shopping on St. George Street. Simply a small amount further is Marineland about 20 minutes south on A1A.
