Easy access simply off US11 / Lee Highway in Fairlawn. Upper level has 4 rooms and a complete bath. The bedrooms are well furnished with:.- 1 queen bed.- 1 queen and 1 twin bed.- 2 queen beds.- 3 twin beds. Lower level has a full bath with walk-in shower. The bedroom is on this level with a king-size bed. Other facilities:.- cooking area with fridge, coffee, variety and microwave maker.- morning meal nook.- living-room with flat screen TV.- cable television TV and wireless internet.- gas grill on back deck. All towels and linens furnished. A lot of paved parking. RENTAL RATES:.2014 Tech football weekends - $595.00 per night (2 nights minimum).2015 Radford graduation - $695.00 per night (2 nights minimum).2015 VT college graduation - $750.00 per night (2 nights minimum). Non-peak rental - $495.00 per night (NO MINIMUM). (5.3 % sales tax and 5 % lodging tax are added). Reservations should be paid in complete upon booking. There is a $250.00 down payment which is reimbursed supplied there is no damage.No cigarette smoking is allowed inside and no animals or "other" animals enabled!
