Situated directly on Trinity Park in the Martha's Vineyard Camp Meeting Association, overlooking the Tabernacle, this special home, recently remodelled and expanded in 2012 and 2013, boasts 2 homes and one of the largest yards on the park. Neighboring assigned parking for 2 vehicles (though in strolling range to ferryboats, beaches, harbor, Circuit Avenue excitement); optimum tenancy of 10. Perfect for a vacation with good friends or extended family, each cottage has 2 bed rooms, its own fully geared up kitchen, 11/2 baths, washer and clothes dryer, living locations, porch and outdoor shower. Our guests have complete use of the lovely perennial yard with umbrella tables, and a courtyard between the homes provides a calm, personal environment. Every appointment inside the cottages produces a simple, comfy transition to island life. Mixing vintage and new, our guests delight in every contemporary feature, however with a nostalgic peek of days gone by. This is not your common rental. The front cottage, number 72, Dalla Nuvola (From the Cloud) easily accommodates approximately 6 people with 2 bed rooms on the 2nd floor, one with a queen bed (flat screen and en-suite 1/2 bath) and one with 2 twin beds; there is also a pullout queen-size sofa bed downstairs. The first floor has a living space (with a flat screen and DVD), dining room, complete bath with washer and clothes dryer, and complete kitchen area consisting of dishwasher. There is air conditioning on both the 2nd and first floors, an outdoor shower and cordless web. Number 73, La Pensione (The Guest Cottage) can accommodate as much as 4 people with 2 bed rooms on the second floor, one with a queen bed (flat screen and en-suite 1/2 bath) and one with a double bed. The very first floor has an open floor plan with living (with a flat screen and DVD), dining, full kitchen consisting of dishwasher and full bath with washer and dryer. There are ceiling fans in both rooms, an outdoor shower and wireless internet. A big gas grill is available in the yard for use by both homes. All beds have brand new bed mattress and pillows. Magnificently crisp white vintage chenille bedcovers and handmade quilts bridge the old with the new. Interiors are peaceful and fresh. Renters to supply their own sheets and pillow cases, towels and beach towels, and paper products. Check-in Saturday at 3:00 p.m. / Check-out Saturday at 10:00 a.m. Unfortunately renters may not bring any pets along and there is no cigarette smoking permitted inside the homes; ashtrays are available for use outside.
