We are renting our 4 bed, 2ba provided home. It is "kid proof" decorated. It is a really spacious however small cozy home. It has a small backyard with fruit trees. It is readily available from the 2nd week of June thru August, however time is negotiable.For individuals with children: it has toys, baby cribs, outlet covers, high chairs and anything you would need for kids.Bedroom consists of: a queen size bed, crib, altering table and a dresser.Tiniest space: includes a crib and access to the master washroom.3rd space consists of: a twin size bed, night stand and dresser.4th room consists of: a desk and a couple of chairs and if you need it a twin air mattress too.Kitchen area is fully equipp and has a dinning table that might be use for 4 or 6 people.Both washrooms have baths and showers and includes towels.Utility room has washer, dryer, ironing board, and iron.Living space has a desk, reclined sofas and movie.we are in a pretty quiet neighborhood. 5 minutes to the two primary freeways (mopac 1 and I-35), 20 minutes to downtown.Rent: full month $1,600 not consisting of utilities. Utilities will certainly be billed to you in addition to the lease. $1,000 deposit is required.or $180/night. Daily rates are negotiable relying on the number of days.
