Within 10 miles of historic Chautauqua Institution, our home is perfect for making family memories. Enjoy the serene setting and beautiful views as you dine or just relax on the large upper porch that stretches the width of the house. Three bedrooms plus futon loft with two full baths and fully-equipped kitchen with dishwasher (coffee pot, microwave, pots and pans, dishes, silverware). Includes cable, two flat screen TVs, DVD and WiFi along with games and books. Central Air newly installed. Washer/Dryer. Master bedroom has queen size bed. Other bedrooms have double bed, or two twin beds.With a quick change and King bed kit the two twins become a very comfortable king sized bed with new mattresses. Futon is a queen size bed. All linens are supplied (other than beach towels). Dock has peaceful sitting area. Side yard has another patio with a large dining table and propane grill for a private eating area. Side yard is also complete with regulation-sized horse shoe pits. House sleeps eight comfortably. Call 716-860-XXXX for info. No Pets Please. Minimum three night stay.
