Welcome to the Villas of South Padre Island. This is a wonderful private community full of beach houses. There are lots of wonderful amenities in The Villas. This Community has its own private Heated Swimming Pool, Hot tub, and tennis courts. It is 1/2 a block to the beach. The Landscaping is phenomenal. There are lots of lush palms and tropical flowers throughout this wonderful community.This house is a jewel. It is a lovely and spacious beach house that sleeps 14. This house is located in an Exclusive Gated Property within The Villas of South Padre. This is a four bedroom / 4 bathroom home that just just undertook a huge remodeling project. You get a King size master bedroom, the second bedroom is a Queen size bed. In the third bedroom you get a twin bed as well as a trundle bed. There are two living rooms, One of which has a sleeper sofa. The Last Bedroom is the coolest. This room is a huge room, taking up most of the third floor. It is a game room, TV room, Bar room, and of course, has 2 bunkbeds off too the side. These are full beds on the bottom and twin on top.There is lots of room for everyone in your group. You will also love that there are Patios on every floor.
