Weekday rates now $400 per night (Monday -Thursday).The Grey Barn is a wonderfully remodelled house specifically designed for vacations, refuges and reunions in the heart of the Finger Lakes. With 4 unique rooms, 2 downstairs and 2 upstairs, and a full futon sofa bed, it will easily sleep 9. The open design of the very first floor is everybody's favorite. The brand-new kitchen area is huge and completely geared up. There are big sunny living areas, a dining location and an open upstairs location for leisure and children to play. 11/2 baths and complete laundry make it a total house far from home. Your home is wheelchair accessible. There is a porch from the upstairs to delight in the views. Have a BBQ outside on the grill supplied, eat dinner and and view the sundown. On 2 acres there is lots of room to get out and delight in the country. We have games for within and out. This home is perfect for households seeing students, reunions, weddings, or any occasion. We are close to Cayuga Lake( 2 miles), Universities (7 miles), Parks, Wineries, Ithaca and the Airport. Linens, towels and so on supplied. Cost $400-$500 per night for 2014 season. (graduation nights differ) Less costly than renting several hotel spaces and going out for meals. Week rates readily available. Great deals of parking "It is so awesome!
