Location, area, location! Look into the chart to see that our house has to do with 200 backyards from the seaside. The Turtle Coastline swimming pool is concerning 30 yds away and you 'd have free of cost access to it. The Sanctuary, Tennis, Conference and Town Centers are all a short stroll or bicycle trip. Our front deck has veranda swings, rocking chairs, and a shallows sight. Stroll from the eating or the cooking area room to the back evaluated patio where we have Lloyd and Flanders table & chairs, rockers, love seats, and an additional shallows sight. We have an open flooring plan with whole lots of home windows and illumination. There is a 46" wall installed flat display TELEVISION in the living-room. Upstairs is a comprehensive master collection: clothing space, workplace location with desk, flat display TV and sitting location, king-size bed, metal daybed and rotated bed with twin mattresses, new carpeting, restroom with bath and oversized garden tub. On the initial flooring is an additional master with new carpeting, a queen bed and enclosed bath, 26" wall surface positioned flat screen. There is one more queen room on the initial floor and a fourth room with twin beds, an enclosed bath and resting area. A 4th bathroom has an access door and is beneficial to the outdoors bath. There are 5 televisions (4 flat screens) with DVD and VCR players. We have cordless Net, ipod/CD player, full laundry centers, and a completely equipped cooking area. The cooking area has been just recently revamped with granite counter tops, stainless sink, pull-out spray tap, and subway floor tile backsplash. See photo. Exterior is newly repainted and hardwood floors repaired. Costs vary from $1900/wk for winter to $4600/wk for summertime rentals. Off-season weekend breaks and lasting leasings rate. Prices are reduced in the off period, the weather condition is terrific, and there are times when you have the entire seaside to yourself. This is a no smoking, no pets home.
