We are an expert working couple and family with a south side home in the O'Malley and Lake Otis area on lower hillside that is also quickly assessable to the freeway within one minute.It is a 2 story home, 3 bed room (1 up 2 down) two full bath home with a fenced backyard, 16x20 deck, recently constructed, woods behind your house, that is completely provided and magnificently embellished to share. We have M-F 8-5 tasks. We have a French bulldog and American Bulldog that are very friendly (we put a gate at the top of the stairs to keep them up with us for your privacy as they will certainly really want to come say hello to you) and two extremely well acted children, a 9 & 3 years of age who likewise live upstairs with us, and keep a neat and clean home, but not excessively obsessive. It is stayed in conveniently. Preferably our renter would be friendly, considerate, and communicate well. No drugs, celebrations, drunks, drama, bringing home strays from the bar, or any other unfavorable traits for a home with youngsters. The room is to be leased day-to-day /$50, weekly /$300 or monthly /$800.If for some factor you are intriguing in remaining longer, a lease would be considered and a lower monthly rate.
