The place is well equipped and I talked with the owner a couple of times, she was always very helpful. This is probably a typical Tucson neighborhood, and was very quiet. Grocery stores and gas station are very close, and it's easy to get around to the various places to see in the area. Sabino Canyon, one of my favorite places, is very easy to get to from here.
