Coffee pot, microwave, refrigerator, TV/WIFY in space, double bed. Huge screened in front porch with gas grill offered, heat and A/C. For security carbon monoxide gas and smoke alarm in location. 20 X 40 ft. heated inground swimming pool and large screened-in swimming pool residence with grill and bathroom. (in period). Reunions and pool celebrations welcome. Please bring your very own pool and beach towels. Rent is $50 nighttime for the space. 1/2 deposit upon making bookings and the balance in money upon arrival. limit 2 - persons per night, 2 night minimum on weekends, 3 night minimum for Arts Fest. otherwise, no daily limit. If last minute reservations, you can pay the total upon arrival. If you wish to drive by to have a look at the area, the address is 209 Shadow Hawk Lane, Port Matilda, Pa. 16870. A GPS will certainly get you right here. Our home is NOT found in Port Matilda, closer to State College. No pets. Smoking outside just. No bus service, the nearest is 4 miles.
