Small personal bed room in beautiful, peaceful location for rent from 1 to 30 days. Space has a bunk sort of bed established with a double futon on the bottom and a single on the top. Personal washroom across the hall. The bed room is in a 2 bed 2 bath house with couple. -- Full kitchen area and TV room access. Cable television, wifi, netflix. -- Relaxing outdoor deck seating area. -- Washer and Dryer in home. -- Well acted pets are welcome. Numerous off-leash strolling locations nearby. -- Children welcome. -- Near free shuttle bus. Prices as follows:. $50 per night a single person. $10 for each additional person after 2 Pet $10. $285 per week +35 cleaning charge. $50 refundable security deposit. General cleaning and taxes are consisted of in the brief stay rates. Can take charge card payments over paypal. Check/in out is generally as follows: out by midday, in at 4pm. Depending upon departing or arriving guests I can be versatile. Additionally, you could leave luggage saved in the house on check out day if you have a night departure. Yosemite, Mammoth Mountain, June Lake, Bishop, Mono Lake, Sierra Nevada Mountains, Ansel Adams Wilderness, Pacific Crest Trail, John Muir Wilderness, hiking, fishing, long valley, owens river, toms place, hostel, wine.
