It has one bedroom with queen pillow-top bed, one restroom, a living-room and a cooking area. No washer dryer. Sleeps 1-2 individuals. A cot or air bed mattress can be offered for a youngster. May enable one little animal with additional pet deposit ($100). Optional - if you clean as you found the unit there is no added cleaning charge. IF CLEAN & NO DAMAGES) cancelations outside 30 days then deposit is reimbursed, DEPOSIT OF $200 (RETURNED.ANIMAL DEPOSIT of $100 (refundable if no damages etc). RENT:.
