My husband and I are going out of town and are aiming to rent out our lovely one bedroom house while we are gone. It is a perfect location and rate for a business journey to NYC or a getaway to NYC! Near Hudson waterside for fireworks on the 4th of July!Here are the lovely details!Readily available: June 30th-July 9th.Expense: $500 total or $100/night (possible to negotiate).Totally furnished. Kindly use your very own pillows and linens (although if that's not possible, we can negotiate).Bed rooms has a queen-sized bed and cooling system. Eat-in kitchen area is fully equipped (microwave, toaster oven, coffee maker, cookware/utensils) and is big. Living room has flat screen television, dvd player, VHS player, and stereo system. There is likewise a workplace location and a full restroom. Apartment has WIFI.The apartment building, which is only 3 floors and consists of only 3 houses, has a huge back patio with a grill, table and chairs, and flowers!It is surrounded by incredible dining establishments and shopping in the downtown Jersey City area, and about a 10 minute walk to the Grove Street PATH station into Manhattan or to Newark Airport. From train station, it is an easy 17-minute ride to West 33rd Street in Manhattan.There is lots of street parking offered, however you would just have to get a parking pass from the Jersey City Parking Authority and has to do with $15 total amount.
