Immediate accessibility, now through August 11, the quiet apartment building has sufficient parking and a bus stop on the TCAT line. It's within strolling distance of the flight terminal and Ithaca mall. It's found on the North side of Ithaca with easy (driving) access to the Cayuga wine trail, Stewart Park, Myers Point (less hectic than Stewart Park), and Cornell. The balcony deals with East, so there's gorgeous morning sun on the balcony, and night sun coming into the bedroom (which faces the West). There is an on-site gym. A pair of bicycles can be provided if asked for ahead of time. If requested ahead of time) for an additional $20/day if you have a method of delivering them, a pair of kayaks can also be offered (. System has a complete cooking area with dishwasher, waste disposal, microwave, oven, range, refrigerator, coffee maker, mixer / coffee mill, dishes, pots / pans, etc. generally, conventional household kitchen for somebody who delights in cooking. Unit has AC system in wall, has Wifi, but no cable television TELEVISION. (Like so lots of nowadays, I hook my computer system as much as the tv/stereo if I really want to view tv.).
