It's across the street from my house which is on Big McDonald lake. One bedroom has a dbl bed and other has bunk with dbl under and twin above. One bathroom with shower. Sleeper sofa also. Has AC and heat. Modern kitchen with mw above range and lots of cabinet space.Satellite TV included. Includes use of my dock and you can tie your boat to it but no lift so you will have to take out when it gets windy. Public access is less than half a mile so no big deal. There is a resort 2 doors down where you can buy bait and even rent a boat if you wish. I will rent you my pontoon if interested.WE Fest week is still available. I am 16 miles from WE Fest. Weeks still available which are $500 a week are 30 July to 6 August which is WE Fest week, 6 August to 13 August, 20 August to 28 August and 28 August to 5 Sept.NO SMOKING or PETS.Call Dave at 530-209-XXXX.
