This camp is the perfect spot for turkey, duck and deer hunting. About a 1/2 mile down the road there is Trout fishing. Spectacular area for 4-wheeling and snowmobiling. This home is unoccupied, and is in good shape. There is a drawn water well, and a wood stove. IF you would like alternate heat source you could bring a kerosene for extra, but once the wood stove is going, even in the dead of winter, you typically need to crack a window. Living Room has pull-out couch that sleeps 2, and upstairs there are 3 full size beds. Stove, microwave, refrigerator and television are included. There is no cable, but a VCR and DVD player! There is some wood up there available to start, but you would be required to bring your own, for a weekend stay. There is no phone, and no internet service, because it is 5 miles down a 7 mile dead end ROAD. The perfect GET AWAY spot! Everything is there, cooking utensils, pots and pans, Sheets, bedding, towels wash clothes, etc. Everything is clean! You would need to bring your own food, and toiletries.
