This is the perfect time to visit Lake Tahoe and Incline Village is the place to stay. The 4th of July week is prime time and finding a place to stay, especially if you wait too long, is nearly impossible. This is the best deal you will find for this time period. Rack rates are $600+ per night, including occupancy tax, but we are offering our timeshare for a flat rate of $500 per night ($3500 total for 7 nights). The Hyatt High Sierra Lodge is an impressive resort and offers the best amenities in the area. Best of all, you won't have to drive around to find a place to watch fireworks. All you will have to do is walk down to the Hyatt's private beach. Bring a picnic blanket or grab one of the beach chairs set up for guests and enjoy one of the best firework extravaganzas anywhere. Your reservation is prepaid and is guaranteed for late arrival. The total charge includes all room charges and taxes, as well as fees for access and booking. Any incidental charges such as phone calls, and room service will be handled directly between you and the property, including but not limited to the daily $20.00 a day resort fee that is imposed on by the resort.
