We have a quaint 4 bedroom,1 1/2 bath house on 12 acres available for rent for the Cornell & IC graduation weekends. 4 full sized beds sleeps people comfortably (one is tempurpedic, 2 TV's) with a crib, port-a-crib and baby equipment available if needed). Fresh linens and towels provided. Sunny kitchen with microwave, coffeemaker and toaster,etc. Large dining room seats 8 easily. Living room and den have cable TV. Spacious yard provides plenty of room for a BBQ with grill, badminton, basketball, sandbox & tree swing, ample parking and a hammock to catch a nap. Located right next to the village of Trumansburg: stop by Gimme Coffee for a "Jo to Go" or the famous homestyle breakfast at the Falls Restaurant; take a visit at the nearby winery on the Finger Lakes Wine Trail or see the famous Taughannock Falls; shop at a specialty shop like Sundrees or the nearby Antique Center; finish off the evening with a dinner at The Hazelnut Kitchen, Taughannock Farms; grocery, bank ,pharmacy and 24/hr gas station all within a mile. Located 11 mi. from downtown Ithaca. Asking $500 per night with a 3 night minimum for Cornell graduation and a 2 day minimum for IC graduation weekend. No smoking/pets.
