This house was the perfect place for me and my siblings and parents, as well as spouses and grand kids, to stay together while in town celebrating our favorite uncle's 80th birthday! It ended up being a wonderful family reunion of our own, too! The accommodations were both comfortable and plentiful! Everything we needed was provided, and it was easy to settle in immediately. There is a wonderful sense of peace, love, and happiness about the place that is almost tangible. The landlord also recommended a wonderful caterer who went above and beyond to prepare three absolutely delicious meals for us - which abundantly provided leftovers which we enjoyed throughout our stay. My family kept thanking me for all the work I did to pull it all together... but in truth, the homeowner and caterer were the ones who took care of all the details! Sitting around the table playing games, laughing and talking in front of the fireplace, sitting in the gorgeous sun porch, enjoying the yard, swinging under the tremendous oak tree, taking walks to nearby beaches... our family connected in special ways that never could have occurred had we stayed in a hotel. I highly recommend this house, the landlord (she rents several other homes as well), and the caterer. Not only was the price reasonable for my family to afford, the excellent customer service we received made it obvious that they both share a passion for serving their guests.
