Wanting to lease on a longterm basis this personal lovely riverfront property on the san marcos river. Looking for mature couples to lease these 3 sites on al tree lined home in Praire Lea TX. The sites consist of water, trash, and web service and there is a dump station on the property. If requirement be, you can have your holding tanks pumped out for a cost. These RV websites are a short 5 minute walk on the property to the river where you can unwind, picnic, fish, swim, kayak or tube down the river and zen out. You can drive down to the river if you like but would suggest that you have a pick-up as the road is gravel and a bit bumpy. This is not a congested RV park or some big commercial tubing operation its my home. Regular monthly $500 plus electric.max 2 vehicles per Recreational Vehicle site.max 4 individuals per RV.deposit required.More recent RV liked will certainly not enable older junked up RV' on the home.
