Amenities include oceanfront pool & hot tub, private walkway to beach, wireless high-speed internet, umbrella tables and barbeque grills. Queen bed plus pull out sofa-bed. Large bath with separate tub & shower, dressing area, and walk-in closet. This is a non-smoking unit (except the balcony) and cannot accommodate any pets. Fall rate, August through December 2013 - $545 week / $2000month plus $80 cleaning fee and 11% sales tax. January through August 2013 rates, $645 week / $2200 month plus $80 cleaning fee and 11% sales tax.
