There is Shopping, Restaurants, Bars and Night Clubs across the street and the marina is just 3 minutes away from your door where you can Charter to fish, scuba dive, Para sail or whatever turns you on. Sunset cruises are available nightly. The Malecn area, known for its seafood restaurants, strolling musicians and curio shops is less than 5 minutes away.We have Max's Cafe and a few others right across the street serving great food. Enjoy the finest ocean views in Rocky Point right from your balcony day and night. It's all here! The rate for this 1 bedroom condo is only $55.00 per night (Monday-Sunday) with a 3-day minimum stay, Plus a $50.00 cleaning fee. NO extra weekend charge! (Holiday rates are $75 per night). This condo is air-conditioned and everything is furnished here. You will only need to bring your own personals such as hand soap, shampoo etc. food and drink. There is a double bed in the bedroom and two queen size futons in the living room that convert into beds. This 1 bedroom condo allows 4 adults and 1 infant 3 or under as per our association rules There is a complete kitchen for your cooking needs. There is a washer and dryer if needed and of course all the other household furnishings you would find at home. There is a New Flat Screen H D TV. There are a few cable channels. There is a DVD player, so bring your own DVD movies & Games. There is also a new stereo with docking station for I Pod or I phone Mp3.We do not ask a damage deposit, all we ask is that you enjoy this condo and please leave it as you find it except for the cleaning which we will take care of. If by chance something does get broken, please let me know and I am sure that we can work it out between us. There is linen on site, but if you prefer you may bring your own. I would suggest Beach Towels! We do inventory before your stay and after. So if you accidentally leave any items or accidentally take any items, please contact me and we will arrange for their return.
