This is our 7th year leasing our comfortable 2 bedroom 1 bath home- For location info - simply mapquest: Ghaner Drive, State College 16803.Taking Reservations for the following:. Accommodates 6-7 individuals comfortably with a maximum of 9 individuals. Lots of space for parking. Check-In and Check-Out Times are anytime after 1pm on Friday and Checkout by 4pm on Sunday.Residence includes: 2 Rooms (and a complete sized futon established off from the dining room area), each with a Full sized bed sleeping 2 adults easily. A full-sized futon is set up in the extra location of the dining-room (sleeping one or 2 grownups), and 2 couches are in the sitting room.If prepared to book, simply call show call information. 50 % deposit check required for reserving.The First down payment obtained & confirmed acquires booked reserving for a particular weekend break. BALANCE SCHEDULES IN MONEY ONLY ON THE FRIDAY OF RENTING WEEKEND.Parking Info: Free Parking in Driveway and along Street.
