Quietly located near the end of a private drive and backs up to the "Rails To Trails" system which you can make use of to bike, hike, walk, or run! The 2 cottages share a big "T" shaped dock with a lot of area for several families. This dock together with a little sandy beach and sandy lake bottom make a best place for kids, friends and families to make magnificent memories. Each home has a charcoal grill, fire pit location, and mooring buoy if you opt to bring or lease a watercraft. In the 30 feet between the lake and cottage are some outdoor chairs/table and a picnic table to take pleasure in a meal or video games. This cottage is perfect for the outdoor family who is trying to find a beautiful background, clean lakes to play and impressive sunsets.Inside the Cottages: Cottages are geared up with dishes, pot / pans, flatware, coffee machine, toaster, refrigerator, microwave, electrical oven and range. There is no tv but WIFI will be available! 2 Bedroom Cottage (Blue).Two rooms and one bath cottage, living space location and cooking area nook to take pleasure in morning meal while watching the morning fog take off the lake. One space has a queen size bed and the other has 2 twins. This home is perfect for the little family, couples, or pals who are searching for a cottage on the water in Up North Michigan! Cottage is restricted to 4 individuals day or night. 3 Bedroom Cottage (Green).3 bedrooms and one bath cottage with living location and kitchen area with seating for dishes. The bedrooms have actually one queen sized bed, one full bed and two twins. This home is ideal for the larger household or a couple of couples trying to find awesome sunsets, clean sandy lake and images to last a lifetime! Cottage is limited to 6 people day or night. The cottages are weekly rentals just (Saturday to Saturday) with the CHEAPEST rates on either Burt or Mullett Lake. 2 Bedroom Cottage Weekly Rental Rate $575 + 6 % sales tax.Available by the week (Saturday to Saturday) July 19, August 9, August 16, August 23, Sept 6. 3 Bedroom Cottage Weekly Rental Rate $625 + 6 % sales tax.Readily available Weeks Saturday to Saturday: August 16, August 30, Sept 6. *$20 discount rate weekly for multi-week rental.* Great for leasing both homes for groups of 10 or less!
