North Wildwood is a 5 minute drive over Rt. 147 three blocks away. Ideal for mature employees who wish to work and relax in their down time, absolutely not for the celebration crowd.The Cape May Zoo (free and wonderful), the Lighthouse, Nature Preserve, Wineries, and Historic Cold Spring are all just a few minutes' drive. Wildwood Crest, Stone Harbor, Avalon, Sea Isle-- all a reasonable drive.You will delight in the quiet, as this house is located on a one block, non-through street, occupied by kind and welcoming long time year-round homeowners who welcome variety and say hi, however regard your personal privacy and quiet as well. Our little street offers a safe place for little ones to ride bikes and the home has a huge back lawn. A huge A/C device cools the entire home efficiently and there is a ceiling fan in each room. Prices by the month are: June $2000, July and August $3000 each. September, potentially the finest time of year to visit, with warm water and no crowds, is $2000. Complete season through Labor Day is $5800. Other weeks year round by request-- call us, it may be offered. This rate assumes you will certainly leave the location in clean condition. Regular monthly rate consists of reasonable use of utilities. If you lease for the complete season, we will require you to put electrical in your name, while we pay electric. $600 security deposit needed.We enjoy sharing our little piece of heaven, and we just rent to folks who would treat our little house with care.
