The 2nd bedroom has a queen sized bed, organized closet, and shared bathroom with enclosed shower. The 3rd bedroom has two twin beds and a shared bathroom. Bed reconfiguration can be arranged. There is a charge of $150 for this service.While the California sun pours across the living room through the row of skylights, you'll be trying to decide how to spend your day - though you may be sorely tempted to stay at home and enjoy your sanctuary. The Bay Area beckons with its abundance of activities and entertainment.After your day, wind down with a glass of wine in one of the three seating areas of the large, private back yard. The summer rate is $875 per night.Minimum stay is for 3 nights if the booking is less than 1 month in advance. For bookings between 30 and 60 days in advance there is a 7 night minimum stay. Between 60 and 90 days in advance there is a 2 week minimum booking required and if the booking is more than 90 days in advance there is a 1 month minimum stay.
