The house is located in Garden Terrace (about 2 miles from campus with direct access to HWY 6 and the University). We have a 2300 square foot home with 5 bedrooms and 3 full baths and ahold bath. The master bedroom has a king sized bed, one spare bedroom has a queen sized bed, one has a full sized bed, another has a full sized bed and the last one has a trundle bed with 2 twin mattresses. We also have a full sized raised aerobed and a queen sized raised aerobed. Our backyard is pretty big with a large patio and outdoor fireplace as well as table and chairs. and is fenced-in. The eat in kichen has a bar height table that seats eight.We have a 50 inch lcd TV in the living room, 47 inch led in master bedroom, and wifi access, Direct TV with nfl Sunday ticket. a gas grill, washer and dryer, Jacuzzi tub. House also has a owners closet to use if you need to leave items between game days if multiple dates are purchased. I also have a 12 by 12 tent along with chairs and tables for those that would like to setup in the grove. We are looking to rent to mature football fans. Simple renter's contract and 50% deposit will be required at the time of booking. Check-in is after 2pm on Friday and check-out is by 6 pm on Sunday.
