Found in the very popular "Pea Hill Creek" location. We have all the comforts of house and a terrific lake in the yard. The carefully sloping lawn takes you to the water and boathouse. There is a place in the boathouse to tie up your watercraft and a small floating ramp/dock that is great for tying up jet skis as well. Personal boat ramp/launch in the neighborhood.
