Weekly rates include exit cleaning fees; for shorter stays there is a $350 cleaning fee. THE BEDROOMS AND BATHS: 'Incandescence' is large enough for two or even 3 households to holiday together. Each of the 5 bedrooms has its own wonderfully tiled en suite bath, and there are two half baths off the 'public' rooms. The big master bedroom on the second floor boasts a private covered balcony and a spa-sized, luxurious, tumbled-marble bath with a jacuzzi tub, from which there are stunning views across Tom Nevers and out to sea. The master bath likewise has his & her sinks and a large two-person, glass-enclosed shower with double shower-heads and multiple wall jets. Two of the bedrooms on the first floor - one with a king bed, and one with a queen bed and futon -are off a big, private corridor. Both spaces are big (specifically the king), and can easily act as second 'masters' when 2 or 3 households holiday together. Another bedroom - with 2 twins (that can be converted to a king) - is off the living area. Bedroom # 5 is and has a full/double bed on the 2nd floor. THE 'LIVING' AREAS: The living-room functions cathedral ceilings, high gable windows, a wood burning fireplace, and French doors out to the deck, which is equipped with table, chairs, umbrella, gas grill and an outdoor shower. A wonderful gourmet cooking area with butter-yellow glazed kitchen cabinetry, limestone counters and stainless steel home appliances awaits your culinary style; an open floor plan to the huge dining location allows hosts and visitors to feel similarly in your home. Off the kitchen is a lovely, inviting living room with stereo, TELEVISION and video games for the entire family, plus a gas-fired fireplace to take the chill off those late summer/early Fall nights. Cooling, cable, high speed Internet, and WiFi enable you to stay comfortable and remain in touch, even on the Far Away Land. THE LOCATION: Located in Tom Nevers East, minutes from the Ocean, the bike course into town, a shuttle stop, and a short 5 minute drive into Siasconset, this brand name brand-new house permits easy access to all the pleasures of Nantucket summertimes even while sitting serenely on 3 personal acres. There are lovely far-off ocean views from the 2nd and third floors. From the easily accessed widow's walk, enjoy views of the South Shore, the Cranberry Bogs, Low Beach and Sankaty Lighthouse.
