Lovers of nature and the Pacific coastline travel thousands of miles to enjoy the Oregon Coast. It's not much more than an hour from Eugene. When did you last take the time to appreciate this nearby treasure? From the comfort of our living room, or inhaling the refreshing Pacific Ocean breeze on the deck, you will have a commanding view, from Otter Crest to Yaquina Head Lighthouse.Our housekeeping option (you bring sheets & bath towels) allows us to keep rates affordable. Spring rates are $600/week, $350 for a half-week. Summer week is $700, half-week, $400. In addition, we hate to see the cottage sit empty & cold in the damp coastal climate. So, we discount rates on rapidly approaching nights that are still available. The rate of $60/night for a party of 2 applies to reservations made within 2 weeks of arrival, providing you take all nights in one of the sets of open dates (listed below). Shorter stays may have a higher nightly rate. Add 10% for local & state taxes. The $50 cleaning fee is fully refundable, providing you leave the cottage in the condition you find it.While cozy for just a couple, our 2-bedroom 2-bath, 760 SF cottage can sleep up to 8, including a bunk bed. Kitchen is fully furnished, including dishwasher. And, we now have Internet.Dog deposit is $100, $80 refunded upon satisfactory inspections of cottage & yard following stay.Arrival time first day is 4 pm. Departure time is noon. For example: the 4-night opening for May 21 -- 25 begins at 4 pm, 5/21 & ends at Noon, 5/25--the night of 5/25 is NOT available.
