Hi! I live right in the center of exactly what you truly want to see and do in Austin, TX. I am wanting to rent my beautiful condominium for all or part of late June - July. Dates are flexible, from as little as one week or as long as June 25 - July 25. My location is on trendy South Congress and Oltorf in the heart of Austin. It's 2 minutes' walking distance from the shops and dining establishments on SoCo and 10 minutes' stroll past those shops to the South Congress Bridge (the popular bat bridge). South First, South Lamar, Zilker Park, Barton Springs and the capital are all extremely close by. I'm asking $90 daily, or $600 per week, or $1500 for a month- that's MUCH better than hotels you'll find close-by !! My system is clean and roomy, with a porch and natural light. There is a queen sized bed and one long couch, a complete kitchen area, washer, dryer, and covered parking. You do not require a car to get where you'll wish to go - the bus stop is right beside my driveway, the number 1 bus goes directly downtown and will certainly stop at the capital, 6th street, and University of Texas. Among the city's rentable bicycle stations is also a hop and a skip away. Uber (rideshare service) simply launched in ATX! Sorry, no pets. E-mail me to find out more.
