Located 2 blocks from the Ocean, and directly across the street from a lovely Riverside Park. Watch bountiful wildlife as you stroll along the river, or walk along the pier. Feel the sand between your toes as you work on your tan after a rejuvenating swim in the ocean, or just unwind in a rocker outside your door. Restaurants, Gourmet Grocery, Post Office and library all within walking distance. Delight in all that the "Space Coast" needs to offer, while you run away the crowds and loosen up in the serenity of our quiet residential neighborhood. Our Apartments are designed to be your house away from home. You'll discover that we've outfitted these houses with everything you have to make your stay a unforgettable and pleasurable one. We are located on a Barrier Island, simply 6 miles from Melbourne International Airport, or 65 miles from Orlando International Airport. The Kennedy Space Center is just 37 miles to our North, and Vero Beach is 34 miles to our South. In between those two points, you will certainly find 72 miles of Sun Drenched Beaches known as the Space Coast. Grab a Beach Chair, and walk to Melbourne Beach's own uncrowded "Ocean Park" (winning awards as one of our nations cleanest beaches every year). If you 'd like to venture a little additional out, World Famous Cocoa Beach is just a brief 20 minute drive to our North, and the Sebastian Inlet State Park and Recreation Area is an even shorter drive to the South. The many Theme Parks of Orlando are only a half and an hour away. Area activities consist of Golf, Tennis, Surfing, Sailing and Scuba Diving. Eco-tours of the Indian River Lagoon by Kayak are offered, as are AirBoat trips along the Saint Johns River. Antique shops, Restaurants, and small night clubs are just across the river in Historic Downtown Melbourne, and a little additional up the road at Historic Cocoa Village. Check out Port Canaveral, the 2nd busiest cruise port on the planet, and arrange a day cruise, or watch Cruise Ships while you dine on the catch of the day at a regional restaurant.
