This is a 2 bedroom, one bath cottage for rent at Higgins Lake. It is brand new inside. There is a large open concept room that is the kitchen, dining room and living room. This cottage rents for $600 per week. The first bedroom has 2 bunks. One has a futon on the bottom and the other is a double on the bottom. The second bedroom has a queen size bed. The kitchen is fully furnished with stainless steel looking appliences. The lake is literally a 5 minute walk from our cottage. If you have a boat the public boat launch is right at the end of our road. There is also a nice little sandy beach there for swimming. This is a very clean and clear lake for swimming and boating. This is an all sports lake. Our cottage is in a very quiet area for quiet family vacations. There is a fire pit and picinic table at the cottage for cooking out. There is no TV.
