This is a completely renovated cottage at Higgins lake. It is 2 bedrooms and 1 Bath. It can sleep up to eight people. There is a bedroom with a queen size bed and the the other bedroom has 2 bunkbeds that are double beds on the bottom. The cottage is fully equipped with towels and linens and dishes for the kitchen. There is a fire pit outside for campfires. The cottage is a short 5 minute walk from the beach at the end of the road. (3/10 of a mile) The beach is small but very sandy and clean. The crystal clear waters at this lake have just warmed up to a nice teprature and there's still plenty of summer left for having fun. If you have your own boat you can bring it and put it in at the end of the road as there is a public boat launch. Higgins Lake also has a Marina that will rent pontoons. This cottage is in a quiet, family neighborhood. Our 2 neighbors are year round residents. This cottage rents for $100 per night or $600 for the week. Memorial weekend rents for $500 Friday- Monday.
