this small recently remodeled lake front cottage is on a very private fishing and swimming lake with no public access.there are only 23 cottages on this lake and half of the lake is owned by a farmer who hasn't farmed the property in years.his half ot the lake has gone back to nature with trees , brush, and lily pads galore for michigans best fishing.it is located 40 mi from toledo about 3 mile north of hudson mi.this cottage comes with a row boat and a paddle boat.there is a hard sandy bottom in front of our cottage that goes out gradually for great swimming. if you want to party go somewhere else but if you want to relax for the best vacation of your life this is it.wild life abounds in the area and the sunsets are breath taking with colors that i didn't even know existed.this is not a rental cottage but is our second home that we rent a couple of times a year to help with expenses.any questions or if you want to see it call me rick davis 419-276-XXXXsunset dr at forrester (google map) (yahoo map)Location: 3 mi n hudson near 127 & forrester
