this small refurbished lake front home is on an extremely personal fishing and swimming lake without any public gain access to. there are just 23 homes on this lake and half of the lake is possessed by a farmer who hasn't farmed the home in years. his half ot the lake has returned to nature with trees, brush, and lily pads galore for michigans best fishing. it is found 40 mi from toledo about 3 mile north of hudson mi. this cottage features a row boat and a paddle boat. there is a tough sandy bottom in front of our cottage that heads out slowly for great swimming. , if you want to celebration go somewhere else but if you really want to relax for the best trip of your life this is it.. wild life is plentiful in the area and the sunsets are breath taking with colors that i didn't even know existed. this is not a rental cottage but is our 2nd home that we lease a number of times a year to help with costs. any concerns or if you wish to see it call me rick davis.program contact details.or e-mail.program contact details.
