I am renting out my 3-bedroom one bath house for the summer of 2012. This house has front covered porch, side deck and a front patio. Has a Large lawn with a nice fire pit. House is 100ft away from town of Evans Park. The park has tennis courts, swing sets, basketball and volleyball courts. Park has a tunnel under road to the beautiful sandy beaches w full time lifeguards. That's right the beach is 500ft away and you don't have to cross a road to get there. This is a perfect spot for families with children. Mickey rats, captain kidds, and the south shore bar are all 500 ft away. Connors hot dog stand right there also. Lakeside market with award winning deli and sausage is 1/2 mile away. There are 2 boats launches within 5 miles. Evanangola state park is only 3 miles away. Anything you want to do in the summer you can do right here. Putt Putt and go karts 5 min down the road. Casino and bingo 5 min down the road, sunset bay 10 min away. Grand view golf course 1 mile, Rosebrook golf course 10 miles. I have buy 1 get 1 free rounds at Rosebrook upon request. Rite Aid and Jubilee foods are just 1 mile away. It doesn't get any better than this. Rentals are weekly from Sunday to Sunday. Check in 2pm Sunday; check out 11am Sunday this has 1 queen bed, a king bed, a double and 2 singles along with a sectional leather sofa w a queen sleeper. Sleeps 10 Air mattresses also avail upon request. Pillows and sheets are provided and are washed every single Sunday whether house is rented or not. House is spotless upon arrival and is expected to be that way on check out. House is fully furnished has TV, DVD, satellite TV, radio.
