We are located just 2 miles from I-80 and also I-99. We have a large grocery store and several restaurants within a 5 minute drive into the town of Bellefonte. We can comfortably take groups of 8-10, but with air mattresses we could accommodate up to 12 especially if some are children. BEDROOMS-Master bedroom #1 has a king bed and private bath with shower and garden tub, 37 inch HDTV with internet tv (netflix, hulu, pandora)-guest room #2 has a queen bed and shares a full bathroom with tub/shower with guest rooms #2, 3, & 4-guest room #3 has a set of twin bunk beds-guest room #4 has one twin bed with lots of room for an air mattress on the floor-guest room #5 has a comfortable queen sized Aerobed air mattress and private access to a full size bathroom with walk-in shower AMENITIES-wireless internet throughout the house-large 46inch HD tv in the family room with internet TV (roku)-Wii & games rated "E" in the toy room with a large TV for watching DVDs and playing video games-37inch HD tv in master bedroom with internet TV (roku)-gas fireplace -fully equipped, eat-in kitchen (waffle iron, toaster, coffee maker)-dining room with large table seats 8-fresh linens and towels provided for bedrooms and baths-upstairs laundry room available for your use-play room and family room both have room for air mattresses -shaded deck and gas grill-large open yard-fabulous neighborhood for running or walking-large wooden playset in the yard provides outdoor entertainment for the kids-plenty of parking in driveway and street-large fire pit to enjoy on cool evenings (wood provided)-comfortable air mattresses available for your use (2 queen)****pack & play and high chair are available upon request ABSOLUTELY NO PETS and NO SMOKING INSIDE, PLEASE!!
