I have a cancellation and I have one week in July open. Are you looking to vacation this summer. I have a 2 bedroom cottage for a family that enjoys fishing, swimming, Kayaking, on North Sandy Pond. At the end of the day you can enjoy beautiful sunsets, while roasting marshmallows around the camp fire. My camp comes with Dishes, pots, pans, all kitchen ammenties(coffee pot, toaster, microwave ect), except a dishwasher. Includes utilities, Cable, trash and Lawn care. All you need is your linens, cleaning supplies and food. Bedroom 1 has a full size bed and Bedroom 2 - has a set of bunk beds and a single bed. There is a single pull out sleeper in the livingroom. You will also get one bay of the garage to put things in like a bike, water tubes, ect. or just a place to hang out if it rains. The camp is located right on the water on North Sandy Pond. If you want to venture out to Lake Ontario , it is less than 7 minutes across Sandy pond, through the channel and you have Lake Ontario to enjoy. However if the lake is too rough you can enjoy being in the pond without the big waves. You do have your own dock, so you can bring your own boat. There is a Marina that is right down the street within walking distance. We have recently added a fresh water system which now eliminates well or pond water pumping. One more comfort of being at home.There is NO SMOKING in the camp. The rent is 625.00 a week If you are interested Please let me know how many people in your family, and what dates you are looking for.
