Hi we live right here in Manheim Township and are leasing our condominium on Hilton Head Island. It is right on the beach. The condo is fantastic. It is one bed rooms and sleeps 4 to 6 with a queen bed, bunk beds and a futon sofa. We put in a new kitchen area with new home appliances and a granite counter and refurbished the bathroom. There is a brand-new flat screen TV in the bed rooms and the family room. We just tiled the outdoors deck. You can see the water from our balcony and there are two swimming pools in the gated ocean front complex.We have the following summertime weeks offered:. 6/21 -6 / 28.7/5 -7 / 12.7/26 -8 / 2.8/9-/ 16.8/16-/ 823. They are $625 plus a $75 cleaning cost and $25 management charge. We require a $100 security deposit. Weeks go quick! Sorry no smoking or animals, please.
